The structure of the first 9 weeks of the programme is 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days. The workouts change every 3 weeks introducing new exercises, methods and protocols to put the buzz back into training. You then have a one week deload. Then progress to a shock system for the final 3 weeks to really amplify your gains.

The programme can really be made your own! The blue print is there to follow, you select from a variation of exercises that you incorporate into the plan to suit you and the gym you train at. Each 3 week block of training has different focuses. You will train for strength, power, muscle building and fat loss throughout the 13 weeks.
