High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

An ideal 30 minute workout for those that want to ‘get in and get itdone’ and actually feel like you’ve done something. Burn hundreds of caloriesin a short time with this action packed 30 minute cardio / resistance basedworkout that will and push you to new fitness peaks.  

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Would you like to train like the athletes? This class is a great full body workout where you’ll become stronger, increase lean muscle mass, decrease body fat and become more functional. You will lift, pull and push weights getting out of your comfit zone. If it doesn’t challenge you, it wont change you!

This class will certainly challenge you whether you’re an experienced trainer or someone that is just starting. The class is also perfect for those looking to improve sporting performance. You will use different training methods utilising bands, chains, tempos and different rep ranges.

CARDIO STRENGTH

Cardio strength combines fitness and strength in one session. Using a range of different training methods that will help build muscle, increase strength, improve fitness and burn body fat. This class isaerobic, intense, fat burning, muscle and strength building workout in one session. An amazing full body workout that has all the benefits of both HIIT and strength & conditioning.

Modified Strength - STRONG BASTARDS

This is the ultimate session to get strong, ripped & in athletic shape! Featuring in Mens Health Magazine as the best exercise class in the North East. This is our own spin on strongman training. Increase physical & mental toughness, overall conditioning, sprinting speed, strength, power, muscle gain & endurance.
