HYDROX Class


For anyone ready to graft, sessions suit all fitness levels. This class is challenging yet allows you to work at your own pace.


Our HYDROX class combines running, functional strength, and conditioning into one intense workout. Expect sled pushes, pulls, lunges, rows, and more — all designed to test your engine and develop well-rounded fitness that genuinely counts. The sessions are tailored to each person; if, for example, running isn’t your thing, we can offer alternative exercises.


You don’t need to be an athlete to start, but you will train like one. Sessions are coached, structured, and scaled so everyone can join - whether you’re aiming for a PB in your next event or simply want a challenge that pushes you beyond a typical gym session.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS Class


Our Functional Fitness class blends strength, conditioning and HIIT into one tough, full-body session. Expect barbell lifts, bodyweight movements, cardio and team-style workouts that test your engine and build real functional strength.


Each session is coached, structured and scalable — so whether you’re new to training or chasing performance, you’ll get pushed at your level.
