Unit 29 Fitness has three core offerings which include an open Gym, Fitness Classes and Personal Training. Unit 29 Fitness has recently re-located, where we provide an open gym for anyone to come and use the facility. Our exercise classes include Bootcamps, Cardio Strength, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Strength & Conditioning for everyone. With over 13 years' experience working in the gym and fitness industry, we also offer personal training to any fitness levels and ability.
