One-to-One Personal Training
There’s no better way to achieve your goals than working one-on-one with a coach. Each session is designed around your specific objectives - whether it’s improving sports performance, transforming body composition, or increasing overall fitness.
You can also split the cost and train with a partner, making it an even more flexible option. Every session is structured to maximise results and keep you motivated, accountable and driven.
Small Group Personal Training

✔️ 12 Small Group PT Sessions (3 per week for 4 weeks)

Group Times & Availability:
Group 1: Mon, Wed, Fri = 7:15–8:15 am
Group 2: Mon, Wed, Thurs = 4:00–5:00 pm
Group 3: Mon, Wed, Thurs = 5:30–6:30 am
Group 4: Mon, Wed, Thurs = 6:00–7:00 pm
Group 5: Tues, Thurs = 6:00–7:00 pm + Sat = 9:00–10:00 am
