Sessions are tailored made to you by following a custom periodised plan. Our systems aren’t just about putting you through workouts, sessions are planned and programmed so you will reach your full potential.

We have been fine tuning our systems for years and now have perfected to the pointt hat after a short time training unit 29 you will feel the benefits!

1-2-1 / Small individual group


You will work with a trainer on a 1-2-1 basis or in your own small group - normally up to 4 people.

Small group training - 6 week


This is a great & affordable way of getting the best out of personal training.


Train 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks working in a small group - you follow a tailored made specific programme within a group environment. Train with like minded people and be pushed to the next level. This is the ultimate training package that gives so much value for money!
