Would you like to train like the athletes? This class is a great full body workout where you’ll become stronger, increase lean muscle mass, decrease body fat and become more functional. You will lift, pull and push weights getting out of your comfit zone. If it doesn’t challenge you, it wont change you!
This class will certainly challenge you whether you’re an experienced trainer or someone that is just starting. The class is also perfect for those looking to improve sporting performance. You will use different training methods utilising bands, chains, tempos and different rep ranges.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Functional fitness is for all fitness levels. Combining HIIT style workouts with Strength & Conditioning. Be prepared to burn 100s of calories and build lean muscle, increase strength, improve fitness and burn body fat.
