With over 13 years experience in the fitness industry we can help you achieve your goal. Whether you’re on a journey of fat loss, strength training, performance or looking to achieve a body transformation we will help you. Using BioSignature and strength and conditioning methods we have created cutting edge training programmes for muscle gain, fat loss, performance, strength and body transformation. All sessions will be individually designed providing you with a personal periodised plan that is will the bring the best out of you.

FAT LOSS
We do not look for quick fix and will not endorse any fad diets, passing trends or celebrity crazes. We are here to make fat loss stay and provide support and guidance for the long-term. Our approach at Unit 29 is to address the issued causing weight gain and help you make lifestyle changes so you loose the weight... and keep it off. You will be provide with a diet info that includes meal choices, guidelines and supplements. Each workout will focus on burning as many calories and put you in a constant fat burning state.

FITNESS
Using a range of conditioning equipment such as prowler sleds, battleropes, kettle bells, hammers and body weight incorporated into circuits, HIIT style and max effort workouts. You'll be pushed out of your comfort zone. Few sessions and you'll really fee the benefits

MUSCLE, SIZE AND STRENGTH

For guys and girls looking to pack on lean muscle, build strength and burn body fat. Ideally you need to be training at least three times a week over a six week period following a periodised personal plan. If you only want to train with Unit 29 Fitness once or twice a week you will be given a programme to follow on your own and recommended how to incorporate classes such as strong bastards, strength and containing and cardio strength into your plan. 

The focus is on developing as much muscle as possible whilst shredding body fat. Nutritional information and training programme to work alongside the personal training available.
