From strongman, Olympic weightlifting, conditioning and muscle building equipment Unit 29 Fitness has something for everyone. Filled full of racks, bars, free weights ranging from 2.5-50kg, weight plates, prowler sleds, farmers walks, tyres, medicine balls, kettlebells and so much more.
Very rarely will you be queuing to use a rack or a bench. You have everything you would need for the perfect workout. You can follow one of our workouts on the board, follow your own or have a programme designed for you by one of our experienced coaches.
