High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) an ideal workout for those that want to ‘get in and get it done’. An action packed 30 minute cardio / resistance based workout that will burn hundreds of calories and push you to new fitness peaks by using interval training methods with battle ropes, kettlebells, core moves, sleds and body weight circuits. High Intensity Interval Training at it's very best!
